1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed. Promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products or order values.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Head Rise offers Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas across Pakistan. COD availability depends on your delivery location and courier coverage.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are accurate.
  • Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once if necessary.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Head Rise is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or inaccurate contact details.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs to help us investigate the issue promptly.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or operational issues.

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery whenever possible. If you notice visible damage to the package, report it immediately to the courier and contact our customer support team.
