1. Eligibility for Refunds

- You received an incomplete order.
- Your product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items showing signs of wear or use.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Requests submitted after the refund period.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Refund Process

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Non-Delivery
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
